Sunday, 7 February 2010: Godolphin's Caulfield Cup winner All The Good is to begin a stud career in Turkey.

All The Good gave Sheikh Mohammed's Godolphin stable its first to date only Group One win in Australia when he beat AJC Derby winner Nom Du Jeu in the 2008 Caulfield Cup.

The son of Diesis has not raced since that win due to a joint injury that prevented him from running in the Melbourne Cup.

Having abandoned plans for a racing comeback, Godolphin has sold All The Good to Turkey's Cokay Stud near Istanbul.

Originally purchased by trainer Gerald Butler as a yearling for 62,000 guineas, All The Good is closely related to English and Irish Oaks winner Ramruma.

Godolphin purchased All The Good in mid-2008 as a Melbourne Cup prospect after he won the Newburgh Handicap – the race staged at Newbury as a replacement for York's abandoned Ebor that year.

In December Cokay Stud boosted its broodmare strength when it purchased eight broodmare prospects at the Tattersalls December Mares Sale in the UK.

All The Good is the latest addition to Turkey's rapidly growing bloodstock industry. Coolmore recently sold high profile stallions Dehere, Lion Heart and Powerscourt to the Turkish Jockey Club's national stud.

US sires Cuvee and Yonaguska were also purchased by the Turkish Jockey Club last month.

Meanwhile Godolphin's former champion Daylami, a Cartier Horse of the Year and winner of the 1999 Breeders' Cup Turf, has been relocated to stand at Coolagown Stud in Ireland at a fee of 3000 euros.

The 16-year-old son of Doyoun began his stud career at the Aga Khan's Gilltown Stud in Ireland and later stood at Riethuiskraal Stud in South Africa.

Daylami has sired 18 stakes winners, including Grey Swallow, the Irish Derby winner who raced unsuccessfully in Australia.
