Racing and Sports highlight our standout plays at Australian TAB meetings for November 24.
Australian thoroughbred Tab meetings are today held at Sandown Lakeside, Gosford, Belmont Park, Launceston, Doomben and Balaklava.
SANDOWN-LAKESIDE: RACE 4 @ 2:45 PM
Bit of a return to form for IT'S KIND OF MAGIC (1) last time and we know that she can produce better again. Useful horse on her best days and peak ratings make her the one to beat if things go to plan. Think they will with the small field giving her the chance to control things from the front. MRS SIPPY (2) hits this third up off two good runs and must have strong claims. So too must DEE KEEPA (3) who was good fresh and fitter now. DERIVE (4) ran a plain one at Flemington but pulled up with an excuse and can get back on track this time. SELECTIONS: It's Kind Of Magic finds her race.

GOSFORD: RACE 5 @ 4:55 PM
PICK THE SCORE (1) has hit a purple patch of form of late with a win and two placings from his past three outings. That victory came around this circuit and is drawn to get a cosy run from the inside stall. Expected to play a major role in the finish. TWITCH (5) didn't do much wrong in her first preparation with a win and a second to start the career. Can run a big race while fresh. ZOUMIST (2) has won two from two here and will strip fitter third-up from the spell. In the mix. FORZANINI (4) has won over this sprint trip and is one for the exotics.
SELECTIONS: Pick The Score to win.
DOOMBEN: RACE 2 @ 1:53 PM
GO WANDJI (2) has won his last two starts comfortably heavily-bet. Has won 5/7 and never missed a place and the promising galloper can spike his figures again drawn to advantage. ASTRO BOY TOY (1) was just pipped resuming in better grade at Ipswich. He'd been away 497 days and will have taken plenty of improvement. Keeps the premier hoop and will get the run of the race. SPOKESMAN (3) is also a decent chance. Deserved the 72 win at Ipswich and that stacks up. Orman rides today for Cassidy who sticks with Go Wandji. HOT SPRING GOLD (4) is a betting watch. The ex Waller galloper resumes for Munce and the Sydney form is strong. Is certainly good enough.
SELECTIONS: Sticking with the promising Go Wandji.
BELMONT PARK: RACE 5 @ 3:50 PM
SAFETY BAY (7) led at Ascot and posted her fourth win. Was heavily-bet and keeps improving. Is in well with the 2kg claim and the speedy mare can take the next step. HEART OF COEUR (6) made a ratings spike winning the CL5 here by a space and that stacks right up. He will be fitter and will go close holding the form. SPILLINOVA (1) was a well-beaten second behind the above but will be better for it and the 3kg claimer will ride the speed again off a low gate. ISLAND MISSILE (3) has won 2/3 this preparation with the latest here in a bit stronger. Always needs a good ride but can't be ruled out.
SELECTIONS: Backing Safety Bay.
BALAKLAVA: RACE 5 @ 3:40 PM
SPECTACLE (4) came off a Group 1 first-up to lead and win the Swan Hill Maiden before the 2.2L defeat in a Ballarat 64. Went to a Flemington 70 after and didn't manage the grade and lift in trip. This suits much better and the blinkers are on again. Peaks and with Vorster aboard is the one to beat. EQUAL BALANCE (2) is busting to win and draws for the run of the race. Raced favourite the latest and gets another chance. DEEVINE (7) improved again winning the 54 at Murray Bridge. Keeps Holder and is a chance to go on. TABLE OF WISDOM (5) will likely to be suited back to this trip. Won well two-back and can't be ruled out.
