RACE 3 (3) GEO: Promising son of the multiple G1 winner Samantha Miss carried high expectations at his first start when beaten as a long odds on favourite at Newcastle but made amends with an impressive maiden performance over 1250m on this track on December 18 when he surged through the line in the style of a horse certain to get better as his distances increase. Has the potential to win good races.

RACE 7 (8) REFLECTIVITY: Jumps into open company off a narrow win when third up in a BM 76 over 1550m at Canterbury but there was merit in that effort as he fought gamely under 58.5kg after having to do plenty of work over the last 500m. Maps to control the pace in this field and rates highly getting in under the limit after apprentice Brock Ryan takes at least part of his 3kg claim as his listed riding weight is 50kg.

RACE 9 (3) RARE EPISODE: Wide barriers have gone against him in both his starts over 1000m since resuming, adding merit to his game performances under big weights to finish just off the placings in good form races at Kembla Grange and Randwick. This time he is drawn to get all the favours from an inside gate with his stable making an astute move to utilise a claim that sees him drop 3kg in weight from his last start sixth in this same class at Randwick when he was only 1.5 lengths from the winner Sophiella after his tough run.
