The Richard and Michael Freedman-trained Forbidden Love (2 f All Too Hard - Juliet's Princess by More Than Ready) landed a shock victory in the Bisley Workwear 2YO Maiden Plate (1100m) at Warwick Farm on Wednesday.

Having the first start of her career, the filly pulled away to beat Raison D'Etre (Exceed And Excel) by a length.

The filly was bred by Kerry O'Brien Thoroughbreds and purchased by Richard Freedman for $150,000 from the Bhima Thoroughbreds draft at the Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale.

She is the third winner out of five-time winning and Listed-placed More Than Ready (Southern Halo) mare Juliet's Princess.

The filly's third dam is Bangkok (Riverman) - the dam of Grade 3 winner River Squall (Summer Squall) and Listed scorers Eastern Dude (Dahar) and Scenic Point (Unbridled), who in turn produced Grade 3 winner Better Now (Thunder Gulch) - the dam of Listed winner La Mejor Fiesta (Harlan's Holiday).

Further back the filly shares a page with Grade 2 winner Dark Love (Medaglia d'Oro) and Grade 3 scorer Heavenly Landing (Pulpit).

In 2018 Juliet's Princess produced a colt by Woodside Park-based sire Foxwedge (Fastnet Rock), before missing to Arrowfield Stud shuttler Shalaa (Invincible Spirit) and has most recently been served by Darley stallion Epaulette (Commands). Her Foxwedge colt was sold for $40,000 at the recent Inglis Melbourne Premier Yearling Sale to Matthew Williams Racing from the draft of Bhima Thoroughbreds.

Vinery Stud's All Too Hard has sired ten stakes winners this season - eight in Australia and two in South Africa - headed by Australian Guineas (Gr 1, 1600m) winner Alligator Blood.
