The pair found themselves towards the rear in the early stages, before creeping into contention entering the home straight. They had a charmed passaged towards the far rail and got the better of Frankel's Magic to win going away. Despite a weight penalty, the three-year-old filly had something to spare at the line and deserves the chance in Group company. Night Of Thunder stands at Kildangan Stud for a fee of €75,000.
