RACE 1

ATLANTEAN (2) – In a weak race to start and on the balance of his form, it can prove the right move to side with this son of Dick Turpin having trialled well prior to this.

HEART OF COURAGE (1) – Has gone close on a couple of occasions and should once again be bang there at the business end of the race.

PAKATAN WARRIOR (4) – Not totally disgraced on local debut when fifth and can improve for an in-form stable.

SPIRIT OF D’WIND (3) – Can prove best of the rest. One for the quartet.

RACE 2

BEBOP (5) – Hard to knock on recent efforts. Has finished runner-up over the track/distance at his last two starts and finds conditions to suit yet again. Expect bold showing.

GRATUS (6) – Was scratched at the gates last start but has since won a trial impressively. Query at the journey but has the upside to improve. Major player.

CASH IS KING (7) – Broke maiden status impressively late last season over a similar journey. Well drawn to perform and can contest the business end on best efforts.

YULONG HONOR (2) – Has been tending to mix form in recent times but drops back in class so commands respect. Worth thought on best credentials so don’t dismiss.

RACE 3

STARDICE (2) – Now looks ready to win one after a couple of big runs in defeat, most recently finishing off strongly when second to Ganassi. The one to beat.

ANOTHER SHOW (3) – In behind Stardice last time and those placings should be confirmed on the bare form of that race. Should run well.

GOLDEN WIN (5) – Trackwork this week was good and may well surprise in this at odds.

STAR MERCURY (4) – Has now joined Jerome Tan and did win a trial recently and that would suggest he is ready to run well.

RACE 4

MY MIRACLE (8) – Had to overcome a wide draw back on March 8. Got the rail and was rated well. Early effort paid at the end as went out on his shield by half-a-length to Success Come True. Battled all the way to the line. Race fit – has 12 draw – so jockey can take a pull – save some extra energy for a late burst past weakening leaders.

ROYAL PAVILION (11) – After two trials, put in a great effort on March 3 over 1400m on turf. Had an inside draw – started well – but the 1400m looked one-paced at the finish. Cuts back to the minimum over the Polytrack. Has the stamina and fitness to overcome the distance drop to challenge for the win.

GREAT HEART (3) – Primed and readied for a good debut. Had two good trials – both times beaten by under a length. Vlad Duric on board with first time blinkers – ticks all the boxes here!

PRESENT (10) – Winner without a penalty here. Bridesmaid last time – beaten by 0.2 of a length and was finishing off the race well. A repeat of that – the judge will take notice of the horse at the finish.

RACE 5

SOLID CASH (2) – Looks nicely treated in this event and was seen to work very strongly this week and champion jockey Vlad Duric is booked which is a massive plus. Big Player.

HUMDINGER (5) – Extremely well handicapped on the pick of his old form and must be taken seriously in a race of this nature.

FIRST LIGHT (7) – Has been running well of late and should get involved off his current mark.

OPTIMUM STAR (8) – A bit like First Light formwise and is another to be included here.

RACE 6

MILLION ROUND (7) – Has more winning form to call upon than most and conditions should suit here.

PARKER (9) – Lightly-weighted and can run well with Ben Thompson on board.

GRIDIRON (5) – Headgear now off and could run better than at his last start.

BRIMSTONE (2) – Forget the last effort, judged on his run two back he would have some sort of chance in this.

RACE 7

NOVA VOCAL (3) – A very talented sprinter who now draws a better barrier in gate 5 and has Noh Senari booked to offset the 58kgs. His form is rock solid, and a bold run is expected.

MOKASTAR (1) – Something of a ‘pocket rocket’ and rarely runs a bad race. Run last time was good behind Elite Power and his trackwork was impressive too earlier this week.

THE BIG EASY (4) – Will go forward from the get-go and will look the winner at some stage, although, there is plenty of pace on in this race and he won’t have it all his own way upfront.

WOLF WARRIOR (7) – Excels on this surface and looked good when finished late to score over Nova Vocal in this grade. Now up five points and more to deal with here.

RACE 8

QUADCOPTER (10) – Still lightly-raced and could be open to improvement over slightly further and has a good draw.

SALVADOR (4) – Has done little wrong so far here in Singapore with a win and a second to his name. He is a danger to all in the field.

ELITE BEAST (9) – Has any amount of talent on a given day and last time was one of his better runs. Now with Jerome Tan and he has no weight on his back with a 4kg claimer booked. Massive place value.

NOT USUAL PRINCE (3) – Interesting runner who was far from disgraced on local debut here at Kranji. One to watch.
