Updates on Stewards' follow-ups to Friday and Sunday meetings

SINGAPORE JUNE MEETING 2019 - FRIDAY, 28 JUNE 2019:

RACE 3 [TF0787] 

A veterinary examination on Saturday, 29 June 2019 revealed that COUNTRY BOSS (App A Syahir) had returned lame off (right) fore. It is required to pass a 1000m gallop trial from the barriers and a veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.

On Wednesday, 3 July 2019, Trainer D Logan advised that GEB WARRIOR (B Thompson) had pulled up well, and put the performance down to the gelding being second up from a spell. The gelding will continue with its current preparation.

On Wednesday, 3 July 2019, Trainer KY Young advised that SUPER SMART (App WH Kok) had pulled up well, and could offer no tangible explanation performance of the gelding. He will continue with its current preparation.

RACE 7 [TF0791]

On Sunday, 30 June 2019, the Stewards questioned App I Amirul and Trainer S Baertschiger regarding STUNNING CAT's racing manners given it hung out quite badly during the event in particularly rounding the hometurn. Trainer S Baertschier explained that he would endeavour to place the gelding back to 1200m where there will be more pace, and to make some gear changes to try and remedy the gelding's racing manners. A formal warning was placed on STUNNING CAT regarding its racing manners and Trainer Baertschiger was advised that should it perform similarly in the future, further action may have to be considered.

RACE 7 [TF0791] 

A veterinary examination on Saturday, 29 June 2019 revealed that DEE DEE D'OR (J Azzopardi) had returned lame near (left) fore. It will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial and a veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.

RACE 1 [TF0812] 

A veterinary examination on Monday, 1 July 2019 revealed that GRAND KNIGHT (G Boss) had returned lame near (left) hind. It will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial and a veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.

RACE 5 [TF0816]

A veterinary examination on Monday, 1 July 2019 revealed that ALAMAK (K A'Isisuhairi) had returned lame off (right) hind. It will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial and a veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.

RACE 6 [TF0817] 

A veterinary examination on Monday, 1 July 2019 revealed that KEEP WINNING (T Rehaizat) had returned lame off (right) hind. It will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial and a veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.

RACE 7 [TF0818]

On Wednesday, 3 July 2019, Trainer HW Tan advised that SUPER FORTUNE (M Lerner) had pulled up well, however, he was disappointed with the performance of the gelding. He will give the gelding a short break.

RACE 8 [TF0819] 

A veterinary examination on Monday, 1 July 2019 revealed that IT'S GOT IT ALL (S John) had returned lame off (right) fore. It will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial and a veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.

RACE 9 [TF0820] 

A veterinary examination on Monday, 1 July 2019 revealed that ELITE REMARKABLE (I Azhar) had returned lame off (right) hind. It will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial and a veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.
