RACE 1

1st Pick: ADMIRAL WINSTON (1) Forget last start. Well suited dropping in grade and receives the services of the leading rider. Will take beating on best efforts.
2nd Pick: JK FORMIDABLE (2) Returns to the races after a freshen-up. Has the pace to be hard on the speed and is capable of giving a sight fresh. Major player.
3rd Pick: GANGNAM CLASSIC (10) Hasn't been far from the mark in recent attempts. Finds conditions to suit, so must be kept safe. In the mix.
4th Pick: ASSASSIN (8) Showed improvement last start. It is likely that similar tactics will be adopted here and will get his chance

RACE 2

1st Pick: MAKKEM LAD (1) Resuming from lengthy break. Looks the class runner here having placed behind Top Knight in the Singapore Three-Year-Old Classic last preparation. Can overcome the gate and return a winner.
2nd Pick: HOTSHOTS SLAM (8) Has the light weight and can follow Makkem Lad across. Will run a race with fitness edge/weight difference.
3rd Pick: THOMAS DE LAGO (4) Honest Class 4 sprinter. Place chance.
4th Pick: TIME TO ROCK (6) Ran well two back when wide throughout. Query on last run but capable of better and can improve.

RACE 3

1st Pick: CHARMING DIAMOND (2) Was very disappointing first-up when well backed. Into Class 5 now with Simon Kok on. It's a much easier assignment, though and there's no reason to think he shouldn't enjoy racing on the turf.
2nd Pick: HEART OF COURAGE (3) Been racing well without winning. 1200m suits and he gets a lovely run from good draw with Vlad Duric on.
3rd Pick: ATLANTEAN (1) Has a great record in Class 5. Would have liked to see him run a bit better last time to get keener.
4th Pick: SILVER JOY (10) Best longshot in the race following placing last time but may want 1400m now.

RACE 4

1st Pick: QUANTUM (5) Been very unlucky in both runs this preparation and suited up to 1400m now. Drawn wide but goes back anyway. Can steam home down the outside.
2nd Pick: AFALONHRO (3) Rider found a few traffic problems last time but the horse flew to the line once clear in strong Novice behind Mr Malek. 1400m ideal.
3rd Pick: RESTRAINED (4) Unlucky last start, impressive finishing burst. Look out for him here. Gets the right run.
4th Pick: THE WILD BUNCH (9) Wide no cover last time and toughed it out well. Can be competitive.

RACE 5

1st Pick: FAME STAR (1) Sprinting superstar who returns to the races after a spell. Has incredible ability to absorb pressure so this high-pressure event first-up will prove no problem. Enjoy the watch.
2nd Pick: MURAAHIB (9) Continues to progress nicely. Gets into the event with a featherweight, so must be respected. Capable of contending the business end.
3rd Pick: GINGERELLA (3) Struggled in tougher company last start over an unfavourable journey. Better suited under these conditions and is certainly worth thought.

RACE 7

1st Pick: TOUCH THE CLOUDS (1) Not suited by slow tempo last time but ran well once clear. Step-up in distance looks suitable, had staying form in Australia.
2nd Pick: PAKATAN WARRIOR (6) Only won a Class 5 last time but won very easily and should stay all day. Can make presence felt.
3rd Pick: BILLY BRITAIN (5) Old timer that wasn't suited getting back in slowly run race last time. With the claim for Simon Kok, he should be around the money.
4th Pick: MR DUJARDIN (3) Frustrating type that didn't have everything go his way last time, can win on best form.

RACE 8

2nd Pick: LONGHU (2) Has been struggling to win but hasn't been far from the mark. This assignment is more suitable than last start, so must be respected.
3rd Pick: MACH (6) Best served when he gets races run to suit but under the right circumstances, can be incredibly dangerous in this grade. In the mix.
4th Pick: MAN OF MYSTERY (1) Possibly performed below market expectation last start but is worth forgiving. Gets his chance to contest the business end.

RACE 9

1st Pick: COUNTOFMONTECRISTO (1) Classy galloper who ran well first-up in the Fortune Bowl when not well suited at the weights. Can get a nice run in the trail here and pounce at the right time.
2nd Pick: KING LOUIS (4) Resuming here. Trialled up very well and is proven at WFA level. Any rain around would assist.
3rd Pick: MR CLINT (3) Singapore Gold Cup winner that looks to be coming up very well this preparation. Trialled nicely behind Fame Star recently. Tricky draw, but has the class to win.
4th Pick: SUN MARSHAL (5) Likely leader that can get control here. Will give a sight.

3rd Pick: IRVING LIPSCHITZ (2) Handy type who returns to the races over an ideal journey. Gets in well at the weights with the claim from Iskandar Rosman. Major player.
4th Pick: IRONCLAD (7) Broke maiden status last start. Will likely be ridden more conservatively which will be a positive in this case. Don't dismiss.
