RACE 2 [TF0803]

On Monday, 12 October 2020, Trainer D Logan could offer no explanation for the performance of BEYOND COMPARED (R Maia). She added that the horse had pulled up well and she would continue with its current preparation.

RACE 3 [TF0804]

On Monday, 12 October 2020, Trainer L Freedman advised that in his opinion SILENT FORCE (R Maia) did not run out the distance of the event. He added that the horse had pulled up well and he will freshen the gelding up and then look to bring it back in distance.

RACE 3 [TF804]

A veterinary examination on Sunday, 11 October 2020 revealed that PALETAS (App S Shafrizal) had returned lame off (right) fore. It will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial and a veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.

RACE 4 [TF0805]

On Monday, 12 October 2020, Trainer D Kok could offer no explanation for the performance of WIN WIN (R Woodworth). He added that the horse had pulled up well and he would continue with its current preparation.

RACE 5 [TF0806]

On Monday, 12 October 2020, Trainer M Walker could offer no explanation for the performance of I AM SACRED (R Maia). He added that the horse had pulled up well and he would continue with its current preparation.

A veterinary examination on Sunday 11 October 2020 revealed that SEA DRAGON (L Beuzelin) had returned lame off (right) fore.  It will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial and a veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.

RACE 9 [TF0810]

On Monday, 12 October 2020, Trainer M Clements advised that in his opinion SINCERELY (JP Van Der Merwe) failed to show sufficient early speed and as a result, settled further back than anticipated. He added that the gelding found it difficult to make up ground racing on the short course.  He further stated that the horse had pulled up well and he will continue with its current preparation.
