Just a thought - was this Saturday chosen in order to avoid Friday 13th and the Ides of March?

Apart from owners with a runner, the HKJC will allow other owners who have a reserved table to attend he meeting. 

On the other hand the HKJC is trying to find out what quarantine restrictions will be applicable for their jockeys who are going to ride at the DWC meeting – it is all very complicated and fluid.

Saturday the main race comes in Race 8, a Cl 2 over 1600m.  At present Preciousship is at odds-on for Vincent Ho and Ricky Yiu.  We like him but we also have a great love of Fat Turtle and he won over 1600m at Randwick before he left Australia.  Chad Schofield rides for Frankie Lor. 21.0 looks like big value.  And Ka Ying Star has fallen into Zac Purton's lap (or the other way round?)  He is top weight here by a long way so at present is 5.8.
