That was what popular jockey Karis Teetan achieved over the weekend.
Teetan's wedding to the beautiful Xaviere was supposed to have been celebrated in Mauritius at the end of the season but the travel restrictions imposed by Covid-19 caused a change of plans and the couple went ahead and had a Hong Kong wedding on Saturday. So Sunday was back to work for Karis who started off with a winner in the 5th race and then a surprise winner in the main race, the Hoi Ha, on Righteous Doctrine for Michael Chang.
Second home was the favourite Super Oasis and the outsider of the field Helena Baby came third. Butterfield was fourth.
Moreira rode a treble to draw level with Zac Purton in the race for the jockeys' title.
