Monday will see the running of the German 2000 Guineas in Cologne.

It's the G2 Mehl Mulhens Rennen over 1600m and has a field of 7, headed by the unbeaten Rubaiyat.  He's by Areion and comes from the in-form Grewe yard and is the mount of Andrasch Starke.  Expected to start odds-on.

Sarah Steinberg's Fearless King is in good form and in the UK has a quote of 7/2 and he could make it interesting.

On Sunday at Hoppegarten the Diana Trial over 2000m went to Grewe's Kalifornia Queen on 12/1 with Snow second and Ocean Fantasy third.
