Longchamp Thursday

3 minute read

There are two G3s on the card with the going to be good to soft.

The first is the Prix des Chênes for 2yo c&g over 1600m with only 4 runners so it looks like even-money Mouillage is the one to beat.  She's by Toronado, trained by J-C Rouget and Cris Demuro has the ride.  We liked the run of Midlife Crisis and she's on 5/2.  A daughter of Wooton Basset and the Aussie mare The Hunt Is On, she's trained by Hiroo Shimizu and Stephane Pasquier has the ride.

The Prix d'Aumale is for the 2yf also over the mile and has 7 runners.  King's Harlequin is a Camelot filly trained by Nicholas Clement and P-C will ride.  She's on 5/2 in UK markets.  However we prefer Harajuku 3/1 who is by Deep Impact with Andre Fabre training and Stephane Pasquier riding.  On the same quote is Coeursamba.
