Phoenix not rising in UK

3 minute read

Phoenix Thoroughbreds announced a month ago that they were pulling out of UK racing.

However their horses kept on running and now the BHA has announced that from 7 September they will not accept entries from their runners until further notice.  This follows on from the decision of France-Gallop not to accept entries from the troubled organisation.

In Australia they have had Loving Gaby, now retired to stud following injury, Farnan whose stallion rights have been sold to Kia Ora Stud, and Prague who was sold to Kia Ora outright.
