2020 WA OAKS - RACE HISTORY AND BACKGROUND

The WA Oaks is a Group 3 race for three year old fillies conducted by Perth Racing (formerly the West Australian Turf Club) at Ascot.

The WA Oaks was first run in 1953 and was won by Copper Beach.

Owner Bob Peters has had an amazing run in the race winning it ten times including the last five on the trot starting with a good one in Delicacy.
