2020 THE KOSCIUSZKO – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS

Expecting Fender and Man Of Peace to find the lead but plenty of pressure behind them over this journey. Open race and plenty of value about if you're willing to look around the favourite.

Suspect defending Kosciuszko winner HANDLE THE TRUTH (1) is timed to the minute for this. Settled back and was running on strongly late behind Athiri first up. Will be fitter for that outing and has an excellent second up record. FENDER (11) made a respectable transition to feature racing when seventh in the Theo Marks Stakes last month. Has plenty of upside about him. Well drawn and is part of a strong dual pronged attack for Brett Cavanough along with the unbeaten IT'S ME (14). Has destroyed her opposition in Highway Handicaps so far this season. Much tougher here however appeals down in the weights.

INTUITION (4) is of genuine interest first up. Found the line well in two starts through the winter on heavy ground. Better on firmer ground and gets it here. Has a great record at this trip and has two wins from three starts at this track. REDOUBLE (3) the other proven sprinter of the field. Keep safe.
