RACE 1 - 12:17PM SRS Security Services Handicap (1000 METRES)

He's drawn out wide, but TEQUILA TIME looks the one to beat here even with the weight. He was very good winning his first two runs this time in and then game behind Mileva in the Kensington Stakes at Flemington. HEKA EXPRESS is flying and looks the danger. She was a soft winner despite a big drift in betting last time, this is a big jump in class, but the small field suits her chances and she gets a pull in the weights. ALLEBOOM comes off a good run when 3rd behind Scorched Earth at Flemington and has the barrier advantage. BRIMARVI VEHERO resumes here and was racing well last time in work. He has placed at three of five first-up runs but never won.

RACE 2 - 12:52PM Happy Birthday Steve Ross Handicap (1600 METRES)

Hard not to be impressed by the way DEXTER YOU DEVIL handled his rivals with a massive weight at Bordertown last time. This is clearly a harder race, but he's drawn and can win again. HYPERCANE was a Morphettville winner two starts back and well backed behind Picaroon last time in a strong form race. OUR DESTRIER was impressive coming from the back of the field and racing away to win by 3.5 lengths here last start. This is harder but he draws the inside. DARLAMAX was a good winner at Morphettville two starts back beating Flow Meter over the 1950m before losing his rider in Melbourne last time.

RACE 3 - 1:27PM TAB Maiden Plate (1200 METRES)

MARVELOUS NIGHT had good backing at odds when 3rd behind Starlite Valley on debut at Morphettville. He draws out but should be improved off that and has a couple of gear changes. WATER INTO WINE won a Morphettville trial back in February and has trialled at Strathalbyn in readiness for his debut. He has the inside barrier. SAMESYN improved at odds when runner-up behind Kasami here last time and maps to get a nice run from barrier four. FOX GEM has trialled OK at Jason Holder takes the ride. CHICAGO STORM ran well on debut.

RACE 4 - 2:02PM Fibre Track Handicap (1200 METRES)

ANGEL LIKE is a former Victorian who was runner-up behind Great Leveller first-up in SA before being placed behind Sparkup at Morphettville last time. She draws the inside but that looks the right form line, and she should take some beating here. EYES NEVER LIE has a handy record with three wins from seven starts. She draws a tricky barrier but has upside and should be suited here on the spacious track. BELLE OF YORKES worked home well behind Lianne here last time, while stablemate RUN AND TELL is chasing three wins on end. MADAME LOUVRE was well backed to run favourite when down the track behind Great Leveller at Morphettville last time and should be in the mix here. HARLEYMOVEN was a winner here in September beating Dancing Stream, he has trialled but draws wide.

RACE 5 - 2:37PM Carlton Draught Handicap (2000 METRES)

DESIGNER CHEF was good stepping up to the mile and beating Somerset Maugham at Flemington last start. He steps up further in trip here, but he does draw the inside gate. SHOCK ALERT was impressive strolling to the lead and winning by more than six lengths at Bordertown last time. This is a harder race but his form this time in has been excellent. OURKHANI comes off a Moonee Valley placing at the 3000m trip. His form around here is excellent, and he maps well. CALL ME SHAMUS was a good Morphettville winner two starts back and was then well tried but down the track behind Ichibansan. RESURGE looked to have his chance behind Victory Bandit at Gawler last week but get down in the weights.

RACE 6 - 3:17PM Irongate Handicap (1800 METRES)

Open race. CHARM SLINGA is a progressive 3yo who won well at Gawler last weekend beating Yellow Idol. The 1800m looks ideal and although he's stepping up in class here, he looks right in a race like this even from a wide barrier. AFRICAN AWESOME was well backed when down the track behind Fulton Street last time but the 1800m appeals and he is a winner here. STAR LYRIC returned to winning form at Strathalbyn last time and is a winner here. AZZUREOUS is a dual winner here and ran well behind Fighter at Gawler back in December and has jumped out since. OATH OF OMERTA has been an acceptor a few times recently and was tried in handy 3yo races last season. LUTZ can improve second up and out in trip.

RACE 7 - 3:57PM Jack & Henry West Handicap (1400 METRES)

AQUEDUCT is a nice horse who won three on end before running 2nd in last year's Murray Bridge Cup. He had one run back in November when OK behind Trip at Morphettville on the Parks. He followed that with a trial in Oakbank in November and should run well here even with the weight. POYSED TO REIN was a good winner first-up from a spell beating Vieira at Morphettville. He's never been out of the money in three starts here and looks well placed again. NIGHT PASSAGE was a Ballarat winner five starts back and was right in the market last time and Sandown when 8th behind Comanche Brave. She draws a wide barrier but is more than capable in a race like this. ZOULAH was a good winner beating Echo Boomer two starts back. She maps well from the barrier. HEIR OF TAVISTOCK is racing well and was OK behind Picaroon after leading last time.

RACE 8 - 4:40PM Magic Millions 5th March Book Now Handicap (1200 METRES)

HEYINGTON STATION was good on debut for the Clarken stable when 4th behind Heka Express, who has won since at Morphettville. He draws a nice middle gate and looks to have solid each-way appeal after being scratched from both Adelaide and Melbourne last week. I don't mind KENYAN WONDER drawing wide, she is ready to win a race like this and her latest effort was good when 3rd behind Poysed To Rein. Her previous behind Outlaws Revenge was solid. LIANNE was super first-up for Jordan Frew winning here at a price. INDIAN GAZELLE got a mile back and was never a factor at Gawler last time. Her previous was a good win over Vancity Gem here and the middle barrier suits. DOMINUS had a good run but won with something in hand first-up at Gawler. LOPE DE WOLF is racing well and made good ground behind Great Leveller at Morphettville last time, that form has stood up since. GUTSY was game behind Sparkup last time and he doesn't run many bad races. COMTE was good behind Rogue Star at Moonee Valley last time and looks over the odds.

RACE 9 - 5:25PM Foodmont/Mauri Handicap (1000 METRES)

KISHSTAR was very good back in trip last start flashing home behind Appalachian here. She's won three and placed two of six starts here, she draws out but can be the one getting over the top of rivals. SWING WITH JUNIOR draws out but comes off a nice Mornington win and is sure to run well in a race like this. DESIRED ran well in the Appalachian race here last time out, she draws the inside and looks a threat. PARISIENNE MONDE is a winner here. ZEGRESTO ran well behind Appalachian last time and SELF SUFFICIENT comes out of the same race.
