Hurdle set for stint on the sidelines

3 minute read

Ryan Hurdle will be sidelined for at least two weeks following a fall at Murray Bridge on Wednesday aboard the Grant Young-trained Oh Show.

"I'm stood down for two weeks depending on what the x-rays show, due to suspected broken, but more likely, misplaced ribs,'' Ryan Hurdle said.

"Regardless the doctor wants me to wait 12 days before undergoing a concussion test,'' he said.

Hurdle has been riding in good form with a winning double at Murray Bridge on Australia Day before scoring aboard Last Girl Love at Morphettville last weekend.
