Winning Trainer: Ciaron Maher & David Eustace (Ciaron speaking)
On the horse: "You can see she's still coming in the coat. She's running better every time we go to the races. She's relaxing a little bit better, Zac's (Lloyd) beautiful ride, she had an even more explosive turn of foot today. She couldn't be any more exciting really."
On heading to the Flight Stakes: "It was a bit of a test today, up to the 1400 metres to get her to relax. She had been a little bit keen in the middle stages, but she relaxed beautifully and I'm really looking forward to the Flight now."
On his opinion of the horse: "She's always shown us plenty and I think she's got so much in front of her. I suppose she's doing what she's doing now, but even still she's got so much developing to do. I think there's a hell of a lot in front of her."
Winning Jockey: Zac Lloyd
On the day: "It's been a very character building day, but I'm very happy to have these opportunities with these very good horses. She was ultra impressive today, she's done that easily."
Improvement to come: "That's the scary bit, she's a bit fractious in the gates, she begin cleanly, you have to ask her and she's usually a fraction on the bridle but today she was much better.
"It was a bit messy early, a bit of scrimmaging, but she handed herself very well and that accounted for that electric turn of foot that got me out of trouble."
On getting her to relax: "That was the telling factor today for the seven furlongs. I felt she conducted herself super and that gives me a lot of confidence stepping up to the flight stakes now. Obviously it's up to the team, if she wants to go to the mile that gives me a lot of confidence that she'll relax."
On potentially winning a Group 1: "It is (high on the list), but it'll come one day hopefully, I've just got to bide my time. Everything is going well so far."
Beaten Jockeys:
Sam Clipperton (Autumn Ballet): "Honest enough effort. Looking for a bit more cushion in the ground."
Jason Collett (Kimochi): "She did well off a wide run. Finished it off strongly."
Kyle Wilson-Taylor (Miss Joelene): "We had to ride her a bit upside today. We drew awkward and thought we'd roll forward, there was an abundance of speed. She was left without cover outside the leader. She fired up but that is not the right way to ride her. She was much better than that."
Regan Bayliss (Platinum Jubilee): "Tried to ride her a bit differently today. The stop, start tempo didn't suit her but I reckon she is more of a sprinting filly. A little freshen up back to those sprinting trips will get her back to her best form."
Jean Van Overmeire (Zardozi): "She was a little unsettled in the gates. She began well. Probably as we came out of the course proper we copped some interference."
Adam Hyeronimus (Tropical Squall): "It was probably the run that she needed against this grade stepping up. Very confident heading to the Flight Stakes."
Josh Parr (Captain Amelia): "She ran really well from an impossible position. She will appreciate the 1600m."
Dylan Gibbons (French Endeavour): "Good run."
Kerrin McEvoy (Tutta La Vita): "Nice run. We had to go back from the draw. The pace slackened off down the side. She was building all the way through the line. The mile suits."
Chad Schofield (Unique Ambition): "She was always in a tricky spot. Was always crammed in and tight. Gave me the feel of a good filly."
Brett Prebble (Mumbai Muse): "A bit naughty in the gates and came out a bit ordinary. So had to ride her a bit differently. I thought when I got off the back I was going to let down well but probably seven furlongs sees her out."
Rachel King (Summer Loving): "We had a really good run. Can't wait for a mile."
Tyler Schiller (Private Legacy): "Good run. She made up a bit of ground again which is promising."
Brock Ryan (Nantucket Island): "She is a nice filly. She just needs a bit of time."
