Four TAB meetings are held across Australia on this Thursday at Hawkesbury, Mornington, Rockhampton & Northam.

Mornington: Race 4 @ 3:00pm

Most are fast early and capable of leading. GRINZINGER ALLEE (3) won easily on debut as the market expected and has won a trial since. Melham rides again off a low gate and he looks well-placed to make it a double. WILD CHOICE (6) won the Maiden by a big space as the market anticipated, leading all the way. She deserved that and he only has to hold that level to go close. WILMOT PASS (4) won the Maiden easily on debut, before being beaten 1.5L after. He resumes with the blinkers on first time and Lane booked, and expect him to be right in it. GRAND DIAMOND (2) runs along and seeks the hat-trick back to the grass. Uses the rail and should be around the mark at odds. SELECTIONS: #3 Grinzinger Allee looks to have good upside.

Hawkesbury: Race 2 @ 1:00pm

Al Kaphero and Haunting Spirit to match motors early. DIRTY WORK (6) returned from a five-month spell last start with a distant 3rd to the smart Bivouac in the G3 Vain Stakes at Caulfield over today's trip. Huge class drop today and with that run under the belt should be far too strong for these. HAUNTING SPIRIT (2) is expected to run well first up from a 20-week break. Finished just a neck from the winner when resuming over this trip at Nowra last prep. Trialled three times leading up to this return so will be forward enough. AL KAPHERO (1) showed some promise in the maiden campaign and returns today from an 18-week layoff. Has some claims if he can reproduce a close 2nd at Kembla over 1000m when second up last prep. HISTORY (8) is a Sidestep filly from Hosannah on debut for Godolphin. Won a recent trial so looks to have some ability. SELECTIONS: #6 Dirty Work too classy for these.

Rockhampton: Race 6 @ 4:15pm

LEPREEZY (1) is comfortably the best horse in the race. Her overall record speaks for itself. Not at her best here last start when finishing third to Hezhome. This race isn't as strong. Will dictate from the outset and gets a chance to return to the winner's list. CRIME BOSS (2) looms as a threat. Ridden quieter last start and that backfired. Key rider change. Will be closer to the speed this afternoon and won't be lacking for fitness on the quick back-up. BANTU BAY (3) has good upside. Will be strong late. BOSS BABY (6) best of the remainder. SELECTIONS: Lepreezy for the win.

Northam: Race 7 @ 7:10pm (AEDT)

Uncle Lino can make the pace and the field should run along okay. GLOBAL RESET (4) had been knocking on the door before delivering the CL3 win here two weeks ago. He ran on strongly and drawn low can go on with it. SUGAR CAIN (2) has been competing in stronger city races and Pike takes over from the apprentice. She’s suited and expect her to be well-fancied and go close. SAN CRISPINO (13) improved again just missing behind Global Reset. Pike gets off, but she will push forward and looks a genuine hope. UNCLE LINO (1) will lead and finds easier. He got close the latest. SELECTIONS: #4 Global Reset looks an each way proposition and a definite quaddie include.
