Moruya hosts a Country Championship Qualifier after it was transferred from Nowra to headline a big Sunday of racing around Australia.

Moruya: Race 7 @ 4:45pm

Will scoot along in this. Going with the proven metro form of JULIAN ROCK (6). He was a Randwick winner two starts ago. Plowed through the heavy going on the worst part of the track last start and was beaten a head. Forecast are for showers and with that run under his belt, he's going to love the expected conditions on offer. Overmeire/Dubois are lethal at the moment and this horse will get no excuses. GREENSPAN (2) was too tough for them at Randwick last start. Going from strength to strength. Tricky alley to contend with but the horse tries so hard. Bred to handle the going. MOORE EUROS (13) deserves her spot in this race. She hasn't put in a poor run for a long time if at all. Never tried at 1400m is a query. AL MAH HAHA (7) won this heat last year when it was held at Goulburn before being scratched behind the gates in the final. Superb first-up and does have a sense of timing. SUGGESTED PLAY: Julian Rock gets the nod.

Werribee: Race 3 @ 2:25pm

Cliffsinger may get a comfortable lead. CLIFFSINGER (9) is fast and ready to win off the two placings and gets the blinkers first time. Was heavily-backed the latest and is in the right yard. BE AMAZING (6) just missed resuming at Geelong for the new barn and is substantially improved. Gets the winkers first time and won't have to improve much to pose a threat. PARTY MAID (12) uses the rail and peaks of a better effort recorded at Sale. He won't be far away. FROME THE STARS (11) returned in good order for a form yard and has more to offer. She's also a hope. SELECTION: #9 Cliffsinger ticks most boxes.

Sunshine Coast: Race 6 @ 4.15pm AEDT.

King Mombassa probably leads but there won't be great pressure. OCEAN WAVES (7) settled back in the field from a wide gate before closing hard to get up for 4th over this course and distance last start. Can race closer from a better gate today and is cherry-ripe after three runs back from a spell. SIDEKISS (10) only got going when the race was all over to finish a close 4th over 1200m at the Gold Coast last time out. Looking for the extra 100m at this stage of the prep. INVIGORATING (12) found some form recently over 1200m at Eagle Farm, chiming in late to grab 4th. Lightly raced four-year-old mare with plenty of ability when right. Looks ready to peak now. KING MOMBASSA (10) had no luck last time. Strips fitter and is a likely improver. SUGGESTED PLAY: This looks perfect for #7 Ocean Waves.

Albany: Race 3 @ 5.20pm

Husstarr can roll across and lead and a number can sit handy. HUSSTARR (7) looks another strong winning chance for the Durrant yard. Has placed all four runs in stronger and this is very winnable. TRUTIARA (10) comes to peak following a near miss at Ascot. He rises 400m but is in good hands and has plenty of ability. WINNIE'S WINE (8) is knocking on the door but needs a good ride from the wide gate. THANKYOU VERY MUCH (2) returned in good order at Bunbury off good trials and won't have to improve much to make the finish. SELECTION: Husstarr is well-placed to break through.

Bordertown: Race 3 @ 2:35pm

Steelcapstilettos and Iknow Where Youliv can make the pace over the middle distance. IKNOW WHERE YOULIV (6) runs along and has just missed the last two in provincial grade. Gets the handy claim and clearly rates the one to beat. MOZELLA (7) had support second-up at Wodonga and the former McEvoy galloper did nothing. It might pay to forgive that and no surprise to see him improve using the rail. SENTRY GATE (2) is on a 7-day return and will be fitter. THE GREAT MARTINI (5) is also a minor player. #6 Iknow Where Youliv looks to have an edge.
