Hard not to get excited about Randwick on Saturday, we have a good track and for the majority we have some recent form to work with.

No question the Group 1 Chipping Norton Stakes is the highlight of the day and it may not be the best horse that wins, but more the best suited.

Have been chopping and changing all week, but the more you dissect it, the more Dreamforce appeals.

He was no match late for Alizee first up, but conceded a fitness edge and should get the lead all on his own.

Blake Shinn takes over (2/2), he gets the blinkers back on and has placed 7/8 second up.

I admit he lacks the class of both Te Akau Shark/Avilius, however while they are  both likely to be out the back searching for a run, Shinn could be off and gone.

Expect Randwick to play fast tomorrow, if that's the case, leaders become very hard to run down.

With each-way odds ($5.50) around about his chances, he looks a great bet and do expect him to firm come jump time.

Stablemate Sweet Deal beat eight of her 10 rivals first up in the Triscay Stakes and did it with ease.

Generally improves with racing and should be even better on top of the ground.

Notably meets a majority better off at the weights and should find the lead comfortably from the good draw.

Went out a winner and returned a new career peak first up, always a huge tick, she is in career best form.

Another big push is that you rarely see John Thompson send his horses to the races without improvement to come, that being the case, it looks a tough ask for her rivals tomorrow.

Bit surprised there is still better than 2-1 being bet about her, I have her marked 5/4 and depending how aggressive you want to be, you could mark her odds on.

Always dangerous when you go into a meeting with too much confidence, you forget how easy it is to talk yourself into one, the ol'echo chamber at play.

That being said, I think she is a good thing!
