Tamworth: Race 6 @ 3:22pm

SHAMUSU SHO (1) is the one to beat. Jumped favourite when disappointing in a deeper than usual Highway race last start. His prior form was impressive putting gaps in them. He's got the big weight to lump but back in trip will help and class should come to the fore. MAGIC ATTITUDE (8) will be fitter for the two runs back. Not beaten far when a beaten favourite last start. Blinkers applied. Keep safe. A ROOM SOMEWHERE (7) should get a nice run on the speed. Holds good scope and whilst Shamusu could be on another level to this lot, expect this girl to run well. LIBERTY HEAD (3) best of the rest. SUGGESTED PLAY: Shamusu Sho is a big chance of embarrassing these.

Ballarat Race 8 @ 4:00pm

Elegant Snitz and Wheal Grace may be the pair to make the pace. ACCORDINGLY (10) won here this trip on the heavy resuming and came hard from the back after being caught deep. He always needs a good ride, but had been saved for this and looks in for a good campaign. LOOLWAH (2) is an ex UK galloper who ran equal favourite resuming in stronger grade at Flemington. Gets the in-form Egan today and the filly is a player finding her best. DESPACITO (7) is an improver who returned to form second-up at Sandown in this grade. Gets the low gate and is a player with Kah sticking. NO MONEY NO HONEY (5) won well at Moe in the 64 and can build on that. SELECTION: A good contest, but #10 Accordingly can go on with it and might be some value.

Pinjarra Race 2 @ 2:48pm

Miss Malibu gets the opportunity to lead. MISS MALIBU (6) is an improver who had just missed the last two and will run along again with the 3kg claim. Rates very well and this line-up and this is her chance to win. SLY AS A FOX (4) got a lot closer up to this trip at Belmont, and will get a soft run from the rail. He won't be far away. RICHARDSON (1) will be fitter and hit the line okay the latest. DYNAMITE ALF (3) resumes off a trial and has shown enough to suggest he will be competitive. SELECTION: Keen on #6 Miss Malibu.

Bordertown Race 7 @ 4:15pm

Dyagilev and Muntham Missile look the pair to run them along. TURF MAN (5) brings very strong city form and two back was only beaten 2.7L at Stakes level. Looks extremely well-placed and is clearly the one to beat drawn a handy gate. SASUN (6) just missed at The Parks off a string of wins and then was beaten a length in the Morphettville 75. He's a chance with a repeat of that. HASTA LA FIORENTE (8) was beaten a whisker in the same race seeking the hat-trick and didn't have the best of it. He can be right in the finish again. DYAGILEV (4) comes to peak and is capable, but has to manage the jump in trip. SELECTION: #5 Turfman gets his chance to return to the winners list.
