Sydneysider Toryjoy could provide just that in the day's feature, the Listed Brisbane Handicap over 1630m.

The Chris Waller-trained mare has her hoof on the till after a string of good efforts south of the border.

She was beaten less than a length at Listed level in the Rowley Mile at Hawkesbury last start after back-to-back placings in Sydney.

Ron Stewart should be able to give the mare the run of the race from the low draw and she gets her chance to strike

Sir Barnabus is one of a few chances in the last of the day but he is the one offering each way value.

The gelding has had six weeks off but races well on the fresh side and was strong when drawing clear for a 2.5 length win at Eagle Farm last start.

That was jockey James Orman's first ride on the six-year-old and the pair should secure a good run in transit.
