The Magic Millions meeting this year is at Murray Bridge.

In the 2yo feature, a horse out of a much stronger race is the way to go with Scorched Earth heading over for the 1200m race.

The filly kicked off her career in the Clockwise Classic on Ballarat Cup day and ran home well for fourth.

She then resumed straight into the Blue Diamond Prelude and led them up before only being run down by the winner.

This time around she meets far different opposition. In fact none of the ten rivals have even won a race either.

From a good draw she can be put wherever they wish and know she will give a kick. As long as there are no sneaky freaks in the un-raced, happy to back this one.

We then head to the staying race for the other bet of the day and Ridgewood Drive hasn't won yet this campaign but it's coming soon.

He has had a good grounding with four runs back in races against horses of more depth even considering the grading.

There is no doubt, with The Red Sea in the race, that there will be a solid tempo engaged and you'd expect Jason Holder to be awake to that.

The stable is on high after last week and this bloke has already has support so expectations of a good run are there.
