The girls are on the G1 agenda for the second consecutive week in Adelaide with the running of the Robert Sangster Stakes for the sprinters.

No doubt September Run has to be hard to beat but the likes of Brooklyn Hustle, Snapdancer and Chaillot are value hopes too.

As for our plays, the first of them is another girl who was magnificent when resuming. Tokorangi was all but last a couple of weeks ago and she burnt home over 1400m.

The key there is she really is more of a miler and beyond, having run well in the NZ Derby twelve months ago.

From this draw you can see her camping around midfield and all Mark Zahra has to do is navigate a clear passage from the 600m.

She can eat these up over the concluding stages. Might even be a sneaky hope at huge odds in a race like the Doomben Cup.

The other is a well-known sprinter in these parts looking for the biggest win in his career.

Beau Rossa runs a lot of good races around this level and got very close in the Memsie behind none other than Behemoth.

The Queensland trip didn't work out as planned so they pulled up stumps and have aimed up at this race and the Goodwood in two weeks.

Whatever the surface throws up, he will be good in it and Linda Meech has been on fire of late.

He's a safe way to play here to at worst get your money back.
