After training a double at Penola last Thursday Naracoorte trainer Sue Murphy wasted no time in entering the winner's circle again when her charge Farooq took out the 2000 metre second race.

Guided to victory Anna Jordsjo, Hobo Bob led for most of the journey. Apprentice Stacey Metcalfe continued her good run after coming from NSW when she guided Hankstar to a win in the 1400 metre seventh race.Prepared by Morphettville based trainer Peter Nolan Hankstar came from a worse than midfield position with a long searching run to bring up his third win from fourteen starts.
Not favourably served by the start Calypso Reign gave Goolwa trainer David Jolly victory in the 1000 metre eighth race.
Having Kayla Crowther as his pilot Calypso Reign improved from a rearward position to take the event.
A duel acceptor at both Flemington and Murray Bridge saw Mystyko win at the latter mentioned track in the 1200 metre final event.
Prepared at the Cranbourne stable of Trevor Rogers and having the services of apprentice Sophie Logan Mystyko came from well back to power home and win.
