From Lake Macquarie in NSW, Wayne has worked for various racing-oriented websites and organisations, & performed race form analysis for the Newcastle Jockey Club & Wyong Race Club.

Wayne attained a Batchelor of Commerce Degree from Newcastle University & is a Justice of the Peace. He's worked as electorate officer in the NSW Parliament, where he managed media communications & liaised with government departments, ministerial offices, constituents & community organisations. He's been a contributor to ABC Grandstand & and even had a stint at the wagering coal-face with the NSW TAB.

He commenced his consultancy with R&S in 2008, initially providing news content & race reviews for clients including Ladbrokes, Aquanita Racing and the Singapore Turf Club.

Wayne always aspired to transition his career into thoroughbred racing. In fact, his Mum always jokes that he got the racing 'itch' while he was still in the womb. Pregnant, she'd 'take' Wayne to her job every Saturday at the local NSW TAB - where he obviously 'absorbed' all those race commentaries.

Wayne enjoys the challenge of race form analysis, particularly from an historic and statistical perspective. He believes examining patterns from previous campaigns and racing seasons is an exercise well rewarded.

He enjoys all sports, but particularly racing, cricket, AFL (the Sydney Swans) & the Olympics. For Wayne, listening to and appreciating the expressive skills of quality racing and sports commentators, is almost as enjoyable as the events themselves.
