Ms Funovits proved way too good here, overcoming her wide barrier being used up to race on the outside of Camporella before drawing right away in the final stages. Ms Funovits was very professional today at only her second start, she has a huge amount of upside and is a filly for the future. Trichologist enjoyed a nice run on the back of the speed, third on the fence. He had every chance in the run and battled on strongly in the straight but could not match the winner. Camporella was really good in defeat, she ran along in front and was sent for home early in the straight drawing a few lengths clear on straightening.
