Pygmy, a three-year-old filly raced by Godolphin, put up a good effort in winning here. Having her fourth start and her second run this preparation, she settled in last place in the seven-horse field before tracking up (wide with cover). She made a quick move (deep) nearing the home turn, hit the front at the 100m and then went on to score nicely, running the 1600m out well.
