The Mick Tubman-trained filly Bye See followed promising efforts at her first two starts to break through for her first win in good style here. She was a bit slow to move, settled back in fifth place (on the rails) in the eight-horse field before getting between runners nearing the home turn. She hit the front at the 100m and then drew away to score easily with her ears pricked.
