Godolphin-raced three-year-old gelding Inquiry was impressive in winning here, his third win from eight starts and his first start this preparation. He soon crossed from his outside barrier (7) to lead and then ran along at a good tempo. He dashed clear nearing the 200m and then went on to score easily in fast time. He looks set to progress to better things.
