The Lindsay Park-trained, Shadwell-raced colt Muraahib followed up his impressive win on debut at Morphettville in a 2YO Plate (1050m) on 21 January with another very good win here, albeit in a small field of four on this occasion. He began well, soon drove through to take the lead and then travelled particularly well. He sprinted clear on turning for home and then went on to score effortlessly. He looks a smart colt with a good future.
