This G3 1400m for fillies and mares was run at a decent clip and saw the third finisher in this race last year namely Heni score easily today. The now 7yo mare sat handy the outer and then move up second turning for home before surging to lead at the 300m and then going clear. She won by two and a half lengths in 1:22.27 to record her ninth win from thirty-four starts and she is a very consistent mare. Twenty-nine times she has been top five and also she has won on all types of footing. The time was good and a 3yo filly two races ago in Savvy Coup won easily too in 1:22.84 (four lengths inferior) and that augurs well for her future prospects.
