Racing and Sports highlight our standout plays for Australian TAB meetings on October 16.
Two TAB meetings are held across Australia on this Tuesday at Newcastle and Kyneton.
Newcastle: Race 5 @ 4:20pm
Plenty of these close to a win but impossible to go past DEVIL'S LUCK who was a huge run last time. Bounded at the start and smashed rider in the face, settled last and came from the tail to finish second. Senior rider on here and will be closer in the run. Hard to hold out. SHEN GUI improved nicely at second career start and was narrowly beaten. Extra trip suits and has further upside. HELSUN is overdue for a maiden win and gets chance, while MANGIONE can improve sharply off decent debut. SELECTIONS: Devil's Luck to atone for last start.

Kyneton: Race 4 @ 3:00pm
HYSTERICS resumes and is sharp in that state. Gets the low gate and should be ready to fire with the handy claim and low gate. JAPANESE SLIPPER has got close on a couple of occasions and was favourite the latest. She’s right in it with a repeat. JOE'S PRIDE won at Moe and then got too far back in a strong form race at Kilmore. Gets the blinkers first time and gets the chance to bounce. HOTHANDS LIZ hasn’t been having the best of it and will be around the mark drawing low. SELECTIONS: # 1 Hysterics looks suited.
