Racing and Sports highlight our standout plays for Australian TAB meetings on November 22.
Five TAB meetings are held across Australia on this Thursday at Kensington, Queanbeyan, Moe, Gatton and York.
Kensington: Race 5 @ 5:30pm
GROUNDBREAK is probably the best horse on paper but that doesn't always ensure you win the race. Resumes following a solid campaign without winning both in Sydney and Melbourne. Gave Iconoclasm a major scare at Flemington when at his peak, that's G1 form. Took ground off Paret (another good animal) at Rosehill when last sighted, finishing in third. Needs another win and Hawkes realise that. Prepped up with one trial rates as the one to beat. DISCUSSIONS ran his rivals ragged here last start when defeating a subsequent city winner in Sweet Deal. Step rise in weight here despite the claim but he will be bowling along in front and should look the winner at some stage. BALLER was a provincial maiden win and progressed straight to a BM76 in town at his next start. Held his own on that occasion but perhaps the 1400m took the edge off him. Better suited here and has upside. BRAVISSIMO is honest but runs into a couple better. SELECTIONS: Groundbreak for the win.

Moe: Race 9 @ 5:00pm
So White and Hawkestone look the pacesetters. STYLISH MISSILE has been racing in good heart of late. Chased hard from the back of the field at Kilmore more recently. Searching for more ground which she gets here and she can bounce back to winning form. Stable will have her ready and the claim is appropriate. DOCTOR COTO led all to breakthrough here on resumption. Fitter and they've unlocked the key to his success. DIAMOND BEAUTY loves running a placing. Sure to have admirers.SELECTIONS: Stylish Missile to end proceedings.
Gatton: Race 6 @ 6:15pm (AEDT)
ELSARAY took on a stronger race than this when resuming. Will be better for that outing and has won second up before so improvement is likely. Won her only start here and has won three from seven at the trip. Ticks a few boxes. UNIQUE MISTIQUE ran on well for fourth at Ipswich last start. Six-time winner at this distance and is drawn to get a cushy run. COOEE MARCH is racing well with a win and two placings from his past three starts. Contender. SELECTIONS: #2 Elsaray to add to her good record at this distance from #7 and #4.
Queanbeyan: Race 7 @ 6:25pm
Graceful Gift and The Walrus should be prominent. SPARSHOLT has returned to form his past couple. Produced a good sustained run when runner-up at Wagga most recently. Drawn better this afternoon and has strong claims with even luck. GRACEFUL GIFT benefited from a closer ride last start when winning dominantly here last meeting. Steps to the mile and should be boxing on strongly once again. LASTING SHADOW has been run off her legs a touch over the 1200m. Better suited here and if they overdo it upfront she'll be the one running on. SELECTIONS: Sparsholt for the win.
Moe: Race 9 @ 5:00pm
