Outstanding colts Graff, Lean Mean Machine and Zousain share favouritism in the first market for the Magic Millions Guineas at the Gold Coast in January.

The trio top the market at $8 and are the only horses in single figures but the market may change quickly as Graff has been confirmed as an unlikely starter.

His trainer Kris Lees says he is being prepared for an autumn campaign in Melbourne and wil tackle the G1 Lightning Stakes first-up at Flemington in February.

Coolmore Stud Stakes winner Sunlight is next in the TAB market for the Guineas at $11.

“Our traders couldn’t split the three colts at the top of the market,” TAB’s Andrew Georgiou said.

“They are prepared to give double figures about Sunlight which could be generous considering she beat Zousain up the straight at Flemington in the Coolmore.”

Breeders Plate winner Dubious is the $8 favourite and only runner under double figures in early betting for the $2 milion Magic Millions Classic for two-year-olds.

The Ciaron Maher and David Eustace trained son of Not A Single Doubt made his reappearance when unplaced in a barrier trial at Randwick on Monday where he was given an easy time.

There has been support for Eleven Eleven ($15), a Sydney trial winner who makes his debut at Doomben on Saturday.

“Dubious was impressive winning his debut and heads our market but with many of the juveniles yet to see action, I would say this market will chop and change several times.” Georgiou said.
