Unbeaten star Unite And Conquer is now a clear cut favourite to win the Magic Millions 2YO Classic on the Gold Coast on January 12.

The Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott-trained runner has firmed from $6 in to $4.50 after his brilliant win in the Wyong Magic Millions 2YO. It was the colt’s second win from as many starts after he won the Maribyrnong Trial at Flemington on October 6.

He is now a dominant pick in front of Dubious ($8), Mishani Spirit and Sun City who are $11 respectively.

“Our traders opened him up at $11 when the markets were first released on November 29 ,” TAB’s Andrew Georgiou said.

“Although we took some bets at that price, it was still available late last week before firming to $8 and then $6 prior to the Wyong race.

“Since he won impressively again, we had no option but to trim his price up once more.”

Bets of note on Unite And Conquer include $500 @ $11, $300 @ $11 twice, $2,000 @ $8 and $500 @ $8 multiple times
