The biggest Winx punter has returned to support her in today’s TAB Chipping Norton Stakes at Randwick with a bet of $239,000 on the champion mare.

The punter has continued to back her for the better part of two years and simply reinvests what he wins on the mare.

Today he has placed $239,000 @ $1.09 on the champion mare. It is second biggest ever bet taken by TAB on a racehorse.

The customer in question has outlaid in excess of $1.6 million on Winx since the 2017 running of the Chipping Norton Stakes.

Heading in to the Apollo Stakes first-up two weeks the TAB customer invested $219,000 @ $1.10 on Winx.

“The bet this morning on Winx is the second biggest we have ever taken on a horse,” said TAB's Andrew Georgiou.

“After landing a collect in the Apollo Stakes, the punter has come back and thrown down $239,000 @ $1.09 as he continues to ‘let it ride’.

“The only other bets that have been bigger from a racing perspective are the $250,000 bets on Winx (Apollo Stakes) and Black Caviar when she had her final race start.”
