The drought is broken!

After toiling away for many weeks, we've finally broken through for a Saturday Multi win with Mr Mozart, Count De Rupee and Illation all getting the job done.

We're rolling into this weekend with newfound confidence, so much so that we've welcomed back Simon Dinopoulos for this week's edition.

Check out this weeks combination below.

Gold Coast Race 6 Number 1 GYPSY GODDESS - Win ($2.15, Ladbrokes)

You can't knock the form of this filly who continues to put in brilliant efforts. She went forward in the ATC Oaks and was undone by one that was just better on the day. She meets plenty of the horses she's already beaten previously, and now meets them on her home turf in the Sunshine State. Willie Pike heads up to ride, and although the barrier is some query, we believe she can cross, lead, and prove too good.

Gold Coast Race 7 Number 3 SWORD OF STATE - Place ($1.90)

Hasn't produced his best in Australia thus far, but he's a year older now and Opie Bosson has travelled across the Tasman to ride him. His recent trial was good and most importantly, he's drawn much better than his main rivals. He can settle in a lovely spot and finish in the placings to see us into the final leg.

Gosford Race 10 Number 8 BATTLETON – Place ($1.55)

Showed promising signs in his debut campaign; winning his first two starts before running into two talented ones in Mazu and Home Affairs (Coolmore Stud Stakes) – far from disgraced in both. Returns here a gelding in what is a much easier assignment. Has trialled up nicely in readiness and looks to have a clear edge on this lot. Should have no concerns in filling the frame.

All together, you can fetch $6.33 with Ladbrokes (all prices as of Thursday 4:15pm AEST).
