TRIAL WATCH REPORT

NOTED TRIAL RUNNERS – June 24-26

CANTERBURY WEDNESDAY: Castlecomer (R2); Linden Tree (R2); Global Queen (R3); Varda (R5)

GLOBAL QUEEN (Randwick June 12): Unraced Snitzel filly has now had four trials and has steadily improved with each experience. This was her best effort to date, leading under restraint in her 1080m heat (64.29) before getting them all off the bit when she sprinted from the 300m, ripping home in a fast 33.83. Sure to be well fancied when produced.

VARDA (Hawkesbury June 15): The Godolphin team all performed with varying degrees of credit. A Godolphin winner to impress was the well performed VARDA winning her 800m heat in 47.97 (33.09) from accomplished stablemates TAILLEUR and ROHERYN.

KEMBLA GRANGE THURSDAY: Calgary King (R1); Into The Fire (R1); Hajime Naoki (R1); Sahra (R1); Oojooba (R2); Danzette(R5)

SCONE FRIDAY: Syncline (R1); Areya Tuchuzy (R1); Toto (R2)
