RACE 5 (3) EMBRACER: I doubt that any horse is going better in the Waterhouse/Bott team than this talented 4YO judging by two impressive Randwick Polytrack trials. Followed an easy third in a heat he could have won on May 26 with a sharp win in a 1080m heat on June 12 when he led and sprinted away for a soft score by 4.5 lengths. His excellent record on affected tracks includes winning his only start over this course and distance in the heavy. Foolproof type for these conditions as he can lead or take a sit.

RACE 6 (12) ATTENTION RUN: Went to a new high when coming off a 60-day break to score easily over 1800m in a BM88 at this course on June 13, making light of 57.5kg in the heavy conditions. She's now won twice on heavy tracks in Sydney since arriving from Europe and while she rises to open company it's hard not to see her running another big race under her favourite conditions with her significant drop in weight to the limit of 53kg.

ORDER AGAIN (Rosehill June 19): The second open heat over 1030m was won by the leader MUSHAIREB (65.48; 36.03) but the trial of note came from the Waller-trained ORDER AGAIN. The former Queenslander worked home from last under a big hold for a close second but there was a negative as he again showed his worrying tendency to get on one rein and hang in over the last 300m.

TIME TO REIGN (Warwick Farm June 16): The punctuated career of this high class 3YO is back on track judging by his classy win in the fastest of the 740m heats. Led at his own speed and strode clear under no pressure, being the only winner to break 43 seconds (42.93) and 33 second for his last 600m (32,43).

KORDIA (Hawkesbury June 15): The Godolphin team had to be pleased with the accomplished black type performer KORDIA. A winner of two of his three starts but off the scene since a Listed win first-up in Brisbane last winter he easily had the measure of his rivals in the fastest of the three 1000m heats (60.43; 34.42).

EMBRACER (Randwick June 12): Another impressive trial, confirming what we saw from him in his previous Randwick heat win on the synthetic on May 26. Led and sprinted away in this 1080m heat (63.59; 33.69) for a soft 4.5 lengths win.

EMBRACER (Randwick May 26): Clearly sent out for an easy workout on the Polytrack, this impressive trial saw him under a big grip from Tim Clark from the start. He settled back and wide before working strongly around the pack from the 400m and going to the line with plenty in reserve for an easy third in his 780m heat that featured the fastest last 600m of the session (45.38; 32.94).

MUSCADELLE/SYNCLINE (NEWCASTLE June 10): A standout trial was the sharp win by the unraced Street Boss filly MUSCADELLE in the fastest of the five 2YO heats over 800m (49.87; 33.66). A maiden win is in store for SYNCLINE, judging by his win in the fastest of the three 900m heats (54.58; 33.72).

RECENT TRIAL WATCH WINNERS: Sahra; Varda; Paprena; Faraway Jewel; Royal Banquet; Poetic Charmer; Travest; Lewis; Ashra Jahre; Iconic Star; Lady Banff; Ruby Tuesday; Straight Torque; Sixgun.
