Dubbo: Race 7 @ 3:45pm

Expecting Expellable to set a genuine tempo from wide out. Handy race. Free Rider (5) is stacked with potential. He's had the five overall starts for two wins and three placings. Raced away for a tidy win at Muswellbrook in a similar race at his most recent start. Form around him holds up nicely. Stretched the neck of Toro Toro at his last try at the 1100m. Will take plenty of beating. SKARA BRAE (13) is a talented mare. Lost 8L at the start and it was over from there in the Highway behind It's Me most recently. She's subsequently had a trial and won't know herself back to this grade. Big improver. BLITZAR (1) was never a factor in It's Me's Highway on resumption. He's got the blinkers going on first time. Came a long way in a short period of time last preparation. Keep very safe. FARMER'S FRIEND (4) was huge winning at Tamworth first-up. He came from last and looped the field to win. Untapped and will be rocketing home once again despite this being a stiffer assignment. SELECTIONS: Free Rider gets the nod.

Dubbo Computer Card - September 13

Sunshine Coast: Race 7 @ 4:32pm

Hot pace as All To Do, Idea From Heaven and Easy Come have good early speed and expected to take up the running. Able Mabel (9) found the line strongly behind Oh Five Glory here on resumption. She'll derive good benefit from that. Holds nice upside and with a closer position in settling she looks the one to beat. ALL TO DO (3) was an emphatic winner here fresh last preparation but failed to go on with it after that. Plenty of gear changes made and he looked good in a recent trial. Can resume this campaign with a bang. SUKOSHI (8) best of the remainder. SELECTIONS: Able Mabel to end proceedings.

Oakbank Race 7 @ 4:50pm

Zoffala, Barrymore and Ken's Thunder look the trio to run them along. Coffee Amour (3) placed again this distance range and then improved again missing a whisker in town in stronger Saturday grade. She disappointed after but forgiving that. She comes back a few levels in grade and she's the one to beat getting a soft run from the low gate. ZOFFALA (2) is an improver from the leading yard who missed the hat-trick first-up by a lip at the mile. He gets weight relief in this grade and will enjoy the extra distance. PERSIAN EMPIRE (4) deserved the 58 win at the middle distance and keeps the handy 3kg claim. Draws wide but always puts in and looks capable of making the finish. SELECTIONS: #3 Coffee Amour looks well-placed.

York Race 8 @ 7:30pm

Little early speed but expecting Frosty Bay to be prominent. Blast (7) was slow off and did about what was expected resuming for the new yard at Belmont. The former Sydney galloper brought strong city and provincial figures to that and will be better for it. He has more to give and won't have to improve much to take this out. APPARITION (1) made the hat-trick here before the spell and has looked in need of racing at Belmont the two runs since. This suits much better and expect quick improvement. WEONA BRUTE (2) returned much improved winning the Northam Maiden and then found Belmont a bit tough after. He draws well with a 2kg claim and a bounce is likely with the extra fitness. MIDNIGHT BLACK (3) will race over further but is worth a market watch. SELECTIONS: #7 Blast is well-placed in this grade.
