69th stakes winner for Not A Single Doubt. The Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott-trained Farnan took out Thursday's Wyong Magic Millions 2YO Classic (Restricted Listed) to cement his place at the head of the field for next month's Magic Millions 2YO Classic (Restricted Listed) at the Gold Coast.

Ridden by Tim Clarke, the colt beat Mark Newnham's Choisir filly Every Rose by a length. The Peter and Paul Snowden-trained Remorseless, a son of Written Tycoon, was a well-beaten third.

"He broke brilliantly and he was able to settle for Tim during the run. He moved up when he needed to and showed a good turn of foot," co-trainer Adrian Bott said.

"Like all those good young horses and the good colts in particular, he's got a great attitude.

"We kept him nice and fresh between runs getting here today and it's good to see him take that next step."

Farnan is now unbeaten in 2 career starts having won on debut at Canberra on 17 November when he scored by almost 5 lengths over 1000 metres. He was purchased by Phoenix Thoroughbreds and Aquis Farm for $550,000 at the Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale.

The win provided his Arrowfield Stud-based sire Not A Single Doubt with his 69th stakes winner.

38 lots by Not A Single Doubt, who stood for a career high fee of $110,000 (inc GST) this year, have been catalogued for the Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale.
