Woodside Park Stud have reduced the fees for the four stallions on their roster and with Written Tycoon (Iglesia) set to join the Arrowfield Stud roster for 2020, the Victorian farm's stallion roster is now headed by Group 1 winner Tosen Stardom (Deep Impact) who will stand for a fee of $12,100 (inc GST).

The son of Deep Impact (Sunday Silence) stood last season for $19,250 (inc GST) and Woodside Park Stud CEO James Price the fee cuts are a reflection on the global economy for the sires third season at stud.

"The fees that we have set for 2020 are not a reflection of the horses themselves, it's a reflection of the current economic environment," Price said.

"We feel we've hit the mark quite well with our fees. Our roster is at an exciting stage with a proven stallion in Foxwedge and three younger stallions.

Meanwhile, Foxwedge (Fastnet Rock) will be offered to breeder's for a fee of $11,000 (inc GST) having stood last season at $16,500 (inc GST). The son of Fastnet Rock (Danehill) has been represented by four stakes winners in Australia this season, headed by Group 2 winner Lunar Fox.

Shuttler Cable Bay (Invincible Spirit) will once again travel to Australia and he will stand for a slightly reduced fee of $9,900 (inc GST) for his fourth season in Australia having been priced at $13,200 (inc GST) in 2019.

The Woodside Park Stud roster is completed by Written Tycoon's son Rich Enuff - who sired his fourth first-crop winner on Wednesday and he will stand for a fee of $8,800 (inc GST).

"There is no doubt that we are in a challenging time for the industry. We have recognised that it is not just a challenging time in 2020, it is going to be a challenge for everyone going forward and we need to look out for each other," Price said.

"I think it's important for stallion farms to keep broodmare owners breeding, because without broodmare owners, there is no requirement for stallions."
