The Newgate Farm-based first-season stallion Super One (I Am Invincible) sired his fifth individual winner as Another One (2 g ex Herewegoagain by Hussonet) broke his maiden at the second time of asking in the Kooringal Stud Lamont Classic 2YO Handicap (1300m) at Wagga on Friday.

Having finished second on debut at the same track in April, the Gary Colvin-trained two-year-old scooted clear in the final stages to beat Spicy Restaurant (Poet's Voice) by a comprehensive length and three-quarters with another half a length back to She's So Ready (Better Than Ready) in third.

A $18,000 Inglis Classic Yearling Sale purchase in 2019 by his trainer from the Bowness Stud draft, Another One is the fourth winner from four foals to race from six time-winning mare Herewegoagain (Hussonet), who is herself a daughter of Listed scorer Vignor (Flying Spur).

Another One joins Lucky Shadow, Chuisle, Bedazzle and Superbellaa as the stallion's other winners and he will stand at Newgate Farm in the Hunter Valley for a fee of $11,000 (inc GST) in 2020.
