Having sired his 11th winner on Tuesday, Spill The Beans (Snitzel) made it two winners in as many days as the Rex Lipp-trained Bad Barista (2 f ex Sparkling Sound by Oratorio) ran out an decisive winner of the Sirromet Maiden 2YO Plate (1100m) on debut at Ipswich on Wednesday, moving the stallion's tally of winners to 12.

The two-year-old filly pulled clear in the final stages to beat Boom Ranga (Spirit Of Boom) by three and three quarter lengths with another neck back to Violation (Dream Ahead) in third.

The filly is the second foal and only winner out of winning mare Sparkling Sound (Oratorio), who is herself the daughter of Tattinger (Al Akbar).

Taittinger is a half-sister to Group 2 winner Ferragamo (Success Express) and Listed winner National Treasure (Zabeel) and the dam of 2014 BTC Cup (Gr 1, 1300m) winner Famous Seamus (Elusive City) and Listed scorer Ahdashim (Zabeel).

Sparkling Sound's filly by Spirit Of Boom (Sequalo) failed to make her $25,000 reserve at the Magic Millions Gold Coast March Yearling Sale and she has most recently been served by Spirit Of Boom's barnmate Encryption (Lonhro).

Spill The Beans covered four books or mares at Aquis' Queensland base before his death last November and he is currently Australia's leading first crop sire by number of winners.
