Frankel My Dear will stand at Ryand Thoroughbreds in Victoria for a fee of $6,600 (inc GST) this season and becomes the first son of Frankel (Galileo) to stand at stud in Australia.

Frankel My Dear was bought by Ray and Susie Montague and his trainer Robbie Laing for $500,000 at the 2016 Inglis Australian Easter Yearling Sale from the draft of Cressfield. He has raced 16 times for two wins and one second with his wins coming over 1200 metres at Cranbourne and Pakenham.

The son of Frankel is out of the Listed placed Rainbow Quest (Blushing Groom) mare Buenos Aires making him a half-brother to the Listed winner Buenos Dias (Peintre Celebre), who was also Grade 1 placed in the US.

Frankel My Dear’s second dam is Benediction (Day Is Done) who produced the multiple Group 1 winner and champion in Might And Power (Zabeel). This is also the family of Group 1 winners Beauty Parlour (Deep Impact), Mosheen (Fastnet Rock) and Lucky Owners (Danehill).
