The filly is the second winner and first stakes scorer out of dual Listed-winning Fastnet Rock (Danehill) mare Anatina. Anatina herself is a half-sister to Listed winner Albatross (Thorn Park) and stakes-placed Acupuncture (Pins) - the dam of fellow stakes winner Sugar Boom (Spirit Of Boom). Her other half-sister is stakes-placed Fluffy Duck (Tale Of The Cat), who in turn produced Listed-winning duo Miss Bux (General Nediym) and Atomic (Commands), while she is also a half-sister to last year’s Villiers Stakes (Gr 2, 1600m) winner Quackerjack (Not A Single Doubt). Further back this is the same family as Group 3 winners Mother Duck (Luskin Star) and Alberto Magic (Magic Albert).

The filly hails from the family of Blue Diamond Prelude (Gr 3, 1000m) winner Rosa’s Image (Rory’s Jester) and fellow Group 3 winner Rosa’s Joy - the dam of Group 3 winner Rosa’s Spur (Flying Spur). Meanwhile, the filly also shares a page with Listed winner Members Joy (Hussonet), who in turn produced Pure Elation (I Am Invincible).

The Fairy’s Kiss herself is out of Ballet Society (Stravinsky), who is also the dam of multiple Group 2 winner Dame Giselle (I Am Invincible). Ballet Society is a half-sister to dual New Zealand Group 1 winner Cent Home (Lord Ballina) and Group 2 winner Studebaker (Lord Ballina).
