Snitppetson and Universal Ruler head roster at $8,250.

Scenic Lodge-based stallions Snitppetson (Snippets) and Universal Ruler (Scenic) will stand the 2021 season for increased fees of $8,250 (inc GST), having both stood last season for $6,600 (inc GST).  

The fee increase comes on the back the stallion's performances in the sales ring, with Snitppetson having 17 yearlings sell for an aggregate of $1,168,500 at an average of $68,735, while Universal Ruler had 11 youngsters make $615,000 and recorded an average of $55,909. 

"We are delighted with the results for Snippetson and Universal Ruler in the sales ring and on the track in the last 12 months," Scenic Lodge general manager Jeremy Smith said. 

"We are always mindful of our service fees and feel even with this moderate increase they are still both standout options for breeders in WA."

The stud's roster is completed by Dash For Cash (Secret Savings) who will stand for a slightly lower fee of $2,200 (inc GST), having stood for a fee of $2,750 (inc GST) last season.
